“I can’t quite put into words the thanks I owe you for supporting me during the darkest time in my life. The empathy and knowledge that you gave me (as well as the tough love) had led me to now turning my life into something worth living again!”

“Your unwavering presence has been a beacon of hope when I felt lost in the depths of my struggles. I comfortingly recall moments when I came feeling heavy-hearted, and after speaking with you, I left with a renewed sense of strength and clarity.”

Healing in the Hills

I work in Glossop, the gateway to the Peak District national park. Sitting at the perfect midpoint between Manchester and Sheffield, Glossop offers space to reflect, rest, and reconnect with nature. It’s a space that offers a sense of retreat for anyone – from stunning woodland and reservoir walks, to independent local cafes and bookshops, a great wholefoods store and greengrocer, and cosy pubs.
